There's So Much to LOVE in Greenland!

Incredible Outdoor Scenery

With such an ideal location, it should come as no surprise that most residents list the beautiful surroundings as one of the best parts of living in Greenland. Imagine being able to wake up incredible views of mountain valleys, rolling hills, or peaceful waters. Any environment you could want is only moments away!

A Booming Economy

With Greenland's median income at almost $17,000 more than the average New Hampshire wage, and the median home value being #200,000 above the average, it should come as no surprise that Greenland's economy is booming. Competitive wages and a healthy job market have allowed this area to flourish. Plus, with many tax breaks, Greenland is a great place to retire.

Outdoor Recreation

Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings by enjoying one of the many recreational opportunities available to you in Greenland. Go hiking at Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge, relax with a round of golf at Pease Golf Course, or enjoy a tranquil kayak adventure at nearby Great Bay.

Historic Roots

As with many other New England communities, Greenland can trace its roots back to Pre-Revolutionary War days. In fact, one of the most unique attributes of this town is that one of the original homes from this period is still standing to this day, giving you a peek into the past.
